Located at 14575 NW 77th Ave, Suite 304, the medical spa and men’s health clinic offers health, wellness and aesthetic services. It provides injectables like wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, microneedling and lipodissolve. It also does facials, chemical peels, medically managed weight loss, hormone therapy for women and IV therapy as well as Men’s Health services like testosterone replacement, peptides, ED shots, and labs among other services.

The family-run business is owned by Nurse Practitioner Jessica Lynn-Zaldivar, a Master Injector and Damien Zaldivar, who specializes in Men’s Health and Wellness.

“We’re very, very thankful for going [down] a long road … without family this wouldn’t be possible,” co-owner Jessica Lynn-Zaldivar said.

Economic Development Committee Chair Matthew Casamayor welcomed the family to the neighborhood during the ribbon cutting.

“We’re super happy to be here,” Casamayor said. “It’s truly a family affair … thank you for choosing Miami Lakes.”

He said that the “medspa” and men’s health clinic was modern and that the entire family had come out to celebrate the couple on their new endeavor.
